A letter from William Magennis (1867-1946) to Fr. Senan Moynihan OFM Cap. enclosing a clipping of an article from the 'Evening Mail' containing an apology to the Censorship of Publications Board (15 Feb. 1941). Magennis also refers to the 'Orange Terror' publication which he suggests has 'disturbed the calm of the Dean of Belfast'.
