An address to Homan North Fossitt signed by members of the Grand Orange Lodge of Dublin. The address is dated May 1913 and was presented to Fossitt to mark his resignation as treasurer of the Dublin Lodge due to ill health.

Note
Homan North Fossitt was born in 1847, the son of Thomas Fossitt and Anna Maria Homan. He was known to have resided in Palmerston in County Dublin for about ten years. He died (aged 66) on 18 July 1913 and was buried in Mount Jerome Cemetery in Dublin. Note
Two of the signatories to Fossitt’s address, Henry Maxwell, the Grand Master of the Dublin Orange Order, and Thomas Hempenstall, were prominent in the Loyal Dublin Volunteers, an armed anti-Home Rule corps.
