The text reads ‘This souvenir booklet is published by the O'Donovan Rossa Memorial Committee, Dublin, on the occasion of the unveiling of the Memorial to O'Donovan Rossa by the President of Ireland (Mr. Seán T. Ó Ceallaigh) in St. Stephen’s Cross, Dublin, on Sunday, 6th, June, 1954. The booklet contains reprints of articles specially written for the Souvenir programme of Rossa's funeral in 1915 by P.H.
