Your Grace My dear Archbishop
In the post this morning. I
received a note from Rev.
Mother General and the en
closed. Poor Mother was
obliged to go to Switzerland
for a rest. The Doctor de
manded this Mother wrote
the letter and discovered
she had gone without her
address book hence the
necessity of my forward-
ing to you her acceptance
of the property of Edenmore
I hope you will overlook
the tardiness as Rev. Mother
herself is full of apologies
also. My letters went to
Chambery causing a little
delay also. Fiat
I trust your Grace is well
and that your trip to Lourdes
has benefited you much in
very way? Certainly, if
St. Joseph spoke to our Lady
she must have smiled more
graciously on you as you
knelt at her feet. In the
strength of that smile, your
heavy responsibilities will
become lighter your Grace
