view with Mr. O'Brien regarding
Edenmore and the Kelly property
This is the information I netted
there are 9. 2 Acres of land with
the Manion Killys house and
several outhouses the price of
which would be 10 000 and
and additional
for
a wall which would be neces-
sary for the protection and
privacy, of the propeaty,
Your Grace should I, before sending
this information to Mother General, go
out to Edenmore with an Architect
You suggested that I do this but
whether you meant to do this later or
now I am not sure, You will sug
gest the Architect I know, I sincere-
i regret bothering you with what are
seemingly very petty things but Iam
sure your kindly and fatherly interest
will find excuses for my poor tuse-
ness ability and inefficiency
