Vol. 2 has title: 'Opervm de morali theologia, et omnibus conscientiae nodis, in tres tomos distributorum, tomvs secvndvs, in qvo de legibvs deqve Decalogi et ecclesiae praeceptis, itémque de restitutione & contractibus accuratè disseritur. -- Editio novissima ... The spine cover is missing and the text block is exposed. Front cover is partially detached from text block. Some pages are torn and edges are frayed and stained. Extreme care should be taken in handling this volume.

The fly leaf has a manuscript annotation in French dated ‘le 10 février 1700’. It commences: ‘Ce present livre appartient a Mr Hubert [Heard?] …’. Later annotation (in different hand) reads: ‘The Rev. Anthony Fox, The Rev. Mr Kelly DD & PP. The Very Rev. Dr Mooney OSF’. On the verso of the fly leaf: ‘Ad usum Fr. Patritci Mooney OC, 1821’. On the title page: ‘Ex Libris [text rubbed out]. Fr. Petr. Delamare, OSF, Rev. Capt.’. Stamp on title page reads: ‘Bibliothecæ Capuccinorum Conventus Kilkenniensis’.
