A clipping of an article reporting on arrival in Cork of Fr. Thomas Dowling OFM Cap. on board the White Star Line ship ‘Baltic’ after spending six months performing missionary work in the United States. He travelled with two other friars, Fr. Stanislaus Kavanagh OFM Cap. and Fr. Clement Connolly OFM Cap. After landing at the Deepwater Quay, the trio departed for Cork by motor car.
