16-20 September Correspondence between +Levame and +McQuaid in relation to a Universal and International Exhibition which is to be held in Brussels in April 1958. Cardinal Van Roey has appointed Paul Heymans, President of the Secours International of the Caritas Catholica in Belgium as his representative to the Exhibition. The Holy Father wishes that participation should be a manifestation of Catholic life. All countries are invited to attend and to appoint people who would be able to properly illustrate the activities of Catholic life in their countries. +Levame seeks the advice of the Archbishop on what should be done.
