Mother Alice Mary and I came here in
order to meet the two Sisters who will
residents at St Josephs from now
on. They arrived at Cobh yesterday
and were delighted with their first
impressions, of the Isle of Saints
I am leaving on Tuesday the 12
th
by Aer (K.L.M) from Collinstown
for Rome G.W
Before leaving I do want to reiterate
my appreciation of all you have
done for me personally in helping
ne through the difficult work of
beginning. the work is in very
capable hands now and I am sure
it won t be long before the Nursing
Home will be functioning. Dear
St. Josephs care has been so evident
that it has humbled me.
Your Grace, if you notify Mother Alice Mary
when the Chalice is consecrates she will
be glad to call for it. Maybe, you can
arrange to meet the two newcomers at
the same time. They are anxious to meet
you having heard so much about you
The Capuchin Fathers have been taking
crse of us temporarily, and I am sure
Mother Alice Mary would be glad to
know what your plan for a Chaplain
is when the Nursing Home begins to
function. Would you like her to ask
the Capuchins.
Edenmore House is becoming a finished
jot.. I have been very pleased with
Mr. Cooney as a builder and be has tried
to finish on time
If St. Joseph hasnt granted your wishes
