Bound in original calf covers. Extensive fouling and dirt accumulation on front cover. Mould infestation is also evident on the opening pages. Tidemarks and water damage are evident throughout the volume. The volume also has two broken metal clasps. The item is wrapped in protective covering. Blind stamped on title page: ‘Capuchin Franciscan Friary, Charlotte Quay, Cork’.
