James O’Mahony OFM Cap., Provincial Minister, forwarding significant news regarding the restoration of California missions and local construction plans. Father Stephen reports that the archbishop recently received $250,000.00 for the restoration of the California missions. The archbishop has also indicated that he would give a portion of these funds to Santa Inés. He views this as ‘providential’, even if they only receive part of it.
