A copy of an agreement submitted to the Right Rev. J.W. Shanahan, Bishop of Harrisburg, on behalf of the Capuchin Fathers of the Irish Province. It discusses the pastoral charge and administration of Paradise Parish (Abbottstown, Pennsylvania) and its attached missions. Under the terms of the agreement the Irish friars are to assume responsibility for an indebtedness of approximately $5,875 on the Paradise Rectory.
