Scope and content
A copy of administrative resolutions enacted by the provincial leadership of the Irish Capuchin Franciscan Province. The text decrees a prohibition on public transport travel for leisure to prevent ‘a too frequent use of the boats and trams plying between Cork and Crosshaven and other watering places’. Local Superiors are also forbidden from permitting any friar to visit these seaside resorts during the summer months, except in cases of urgent and important business. The document also mandates that the official Ceremonial and Mission Manual be taken over by the Father Provincial.
