An architectural rendering combining a front elevation drawing and a ground floor site layout plan for the Capuchin Franciscan Monastery complex at Rochestown in County Cork. The top third of the document features a clean line-art front elevation showing the main contiguous block of buildings, capturing the church facade and bell tower, the low-lying central wings, and the multi-story college dormitory block. The bottom two-thirds features an exhaustive bird's-eye architectural layout map, noting pathways, and surrounding open land, with labels (‘To Farm’, ‘To Hand Ball Alley’, etc.).
