Letter from Mgr. Alibrandi to +McQuaid thanking him for his correspondence in relation to the Health Act. He is aware of the extensive report sent to the Nuncio. Mgr. Tardini wishes to know ‘…in particular, it would be most useful if we could know here the practical consequences and effects of the operation of the Health Act on the life of the Catholic hospitals and institutions’. He would be most obliged if this could be answered.
