Letter from Mgr. Paro to +McQuaid requesting a copy of his pastoral on Our Lady. He wishes to give this to Fr. Du Manoir SJ who is completing a major work on Our Lady entitled ‘Maria’. Fr. Du Manoir has given the annual retreat to the members of the Diplomatic Corps and will return again this year. He also seeks for himself a copy of the pastoral on suffering, which he has an interest in. He read about the pastoral in an Irish newspaper.
