The series comprises a small collection of documents associated with the Chapters of the Vice-Province of California-Oregon (also known as the Vice-Province of St. Patrick) in the 1970s. On 19 April 1979, the Vice-Province fully detached from its Irish roots to become the completely independent Province of Our Lady of Angels (the Western American Province) based out of Burlingame, California.
