Mrs. Kingston invited to attend Peace Congress in Japan. A new Constitution has been drafted for the Communist Party. Entitled ‘Ireland’s Way to Socialism’. It plans to infiltrate Unions, Clubs, Associations and the Catholic Church. Communists have tried to line up with the IRA but IRA refused to be used. Did not oppose Mrs. Tweedy for chair of IHA for tactical reasons. Tweedy will not be a good Chairwoman so can see confusion in coming year.
