Register of accounts with various suppliers for goods and services provided to the Capuchin community at Rochestown Friary in County Cork. The register is arranged alphabetically under the name of the supplier. An index is extant at the start of the volume. The register includes cash accounts for supplies of coal, various foodstuffs (butter, bread and milk), clothing and shoes and other sundries. The final page (p. 326) has an account of the monies collected for masses for the Little Flower (Sept. 1941).

The corners of the covers are slightly frayed and worn and there is significant dust accumulation. Internally, the volume is firmly bound.
