St. Gabriel's Retreat: The Gran: Enniskillen: MS Embossed letterhead: Fr Sylvius, CP, Rector, the Graan, Enniskillen, to Fr. Provincial, Mt Argus, Dublin. Re the Auction there is no danger of a CP letting it be known they are interested. It is generally assumed by all in the local neighbourhood. The local chapter was held and it favoured the idea. He wants Prov clearly to state just how much our rep. can bid. Up to £1,200? (Prov. in note of his answer shoves decision on to Silvius's shoulders.)

Archival documents are catalogued in the following way : Shelf number, box number, file number and item number. Thus, 45/1/1/4 means shelf forty-five, box one, file one and item four. In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
