St. Gabriel's Retreat: The Graan: Enniskillen: 2 small writing pad pages: MS: Fr Colman Fitgerald, Provincial Consultor, (from Mary Hill, Glasgow, while on a Mission) to Fr Provincial Mt Argus, Dublin. Colman is not keen on spending money unless the water supply to Graan can be assured. But he will fall in with the opinion of the Prov. & other Consultor if they are agreed; but feels it is necessary to enter this caveat.

Archival documents are catalogued in the following way : Shelf number, box number, file number and item number. Thus, 45/1/1/4 means shelf forty-five, box one, file one and item four. In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
