Prov. has no mony: Sends Note for Bank (to authorise request. for £2,000). Statement of Accs. OK; but watch it. Alexis is not to draw on Provincial a/c beyond £9,000. Paying off that £2,000 was very good; hopes the £500 by May will come off. Prov. thinks the £11,551 + £100/200 should clear all. Alexis to get further details from contractors. This for the Consulta.

Archival documents are catalogued in the following way : Shelf number, box number, file number and item number. Thus, 45/1/1/4 means shelf forty-five, box one, file one and item four. In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
