              Letter from +Ryan to +McQuaid asking if he can send another student to Clonliffe? His name is Carol Gajraj. Messers. Reid and Williams have been accepted into Propaganda College. There is great excitement with the news of the Declaration of Independence for Trinidad and Tobago. He is not happy with the draft constitution which ignores the church.
