Legal requisition for a Registry of Deeds hand search recording an official request to trace historical property transactions affecting the Rochestown estate. Requisitioned by J. C. & A. Blake, Solicitors of Cork, the document commands a formal search for acts affecting ‘All that part of the lands of Rochestown in the Parish of Carrigaline, Barony of Cork & Co. of Cork together with the dwelling house lately erected thereon now in the possession of said Joseph Mintern or his undertenants containing by survey 55 acres English Statute measure’.
