Typed letter to Fr. Patrick Dunne from Joseph O’Neill enclosing items relating to Vocational Organisation.

Note saying that Mr. John of the Capitol Theatre wished a priest should see Hill No. 1 and passed by the Ecclesiastical Censor. Annotation by +McQuaid saying he regrets that the film was shown contrary to diocesan regulations. Suggests that a statement by letter be received from the Theatre. Patrick Farrell of the Theatre said that if the demand for the writing of a letter was a disciplinary action he would not submit to it.

Dargan, Patrick, Rathgar Road, Dublin. He was asked for his advice by Mr. Gafffney who is thinking of opening a preparatory school for boys in Dublin. Gaffney is anxious to meet the Archbishop’s wishes on the matter. Annotation by McQuaid.

– 2 December 1958 Correspondence relating to the attendance of Patrick Culligan, 31 Donore Rd, S.C.R., at lectures on Public Administration being held at Trinity College. He attended the first lecture without permission. Requests permission to attend the balance of lectures.
