Overseas Missions: South Africa: Botswana: Oblates and Jesuits: photocopy of a document from the General Curia of the Oblates entitled "Studium", mainly in German, but with three paragraphs in English stating that the German Province will scarcely for the time being be able to supply the necessary personnel; that Govenrment officials would not like to see more German missionaries sent to the Protectorate; that the writer is considering proposing that the Botswana Protectorate be seperated from the Kimberly Vicariate, and he would be pleased if the English, Irish or American Province "of your Society" were willing to take over the Protectorate.

In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
