Mount Argus: Bequests: George Tandy Wilkinson's Estate: copy letter from Fr. Sebastian Slean, C.P., Rector, Mount Argus, to Rev. Fr. William Arthur Bolger, 8 Mansion Row, Old Brompton, Chatham, Kent, England in the matter. Claims that as the civil Court ruled on the basis of a Penal Law, and as Canon Law is pretty stiff on the pious Wishes of people being carried out, he informs Fr. B. the matter is being brought to the attention of the Holy See.
