MOUNT ARFUS; DEEDS; LANDS; MISCELLANEOUS; PODDLE; letter from Arnold, Foulkes & Co., Solrs. to Rector. They have looked at lease again. Prima facie, Mr. Whelan is responsible: but, by custom, the owner or occupier of the mill may be responsible. Whelan, acxording to Engl.ish law, would be responsible, but Irish law may be different, Better get the Irish solicitor to take up this point. (see located at 2/5/6/1-3).
