The said plots are outlined in an attached schedule and include a dwelling house and premises at no. 6 Queen Street, Cork, in the occupation of Kate Wideman. The file includes a reconveyance (6 May 1912) by Mary Fitzgerald to Rev. Thomas Matthew O’Connor OSFC of the aforementioned mortgage on the dwelling house at no. 6 Queen Street (now known as no. 8 Queen Street).
