Copy of a memorandum outlining the terms of an agreement for the Irish Province of the Franciscan Capuchin Fathers to take over the perpetual administration of Paradise Parish and its associated missions. The Capuchin Order is granted the ‘Jus Ususfructus’ (right of use) of the Paradise Rectory, Church, Cemetery, and the Spring Grove Mission, including two acres of land, in perpetuity. The Order also agrees to assume the current debt of approximately $5,875 on the Paradise Rectory.
