Memorandum of agreement from regarding the transfer of a Catholic mission in Mendocino, California, from the English Capuchin Province to the Irish Capuchin Province. The agreement is signed by Fr. Edwin Fitzgibbon OFM Cap., Provincial Minister of the Irish Capuchins and Fr. Albert of London, for the English Capuchin Province. The Irish Provincial Minister formally accepts the mission and obligates the province not to abandon it without the prior consensus of the Sacred Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith.
