Mass register book for the community at the Capuchin Friary, Rochestown, County Cork. The volume provides a daily record of house masses (with the names of the celebrants). Monthly totals of masses are routinely given. The title page reads ‘Masses applied in St. Joseph’s / Convent, Rochestown / June 1st 1887’.

The spine covering is partially torn, and the text block is exposed. The covers are badly stained with dust and dirt accumulations. Internally, the volume is reasonably well bound.
