An official broadsheet listing the District Councillors and Poor Law Guardians elected to the Cork Union in April 1900. The item was found as a loose insert preserved within the leaves of the Subscription Book for the New College Building Debt Fund (1906-1907) at the Capuchin Friary in Rochestown, County Cork. Its preservation suggests it was possibly used by the friars as a local reference directory for identifying prominent municipal figures, civic leaders, and potential financial benefactors in the wider Cork region.
