Letter from Thomas Mulrooney Fr. Brendan O’Callaghan OFM Cap. regarding significant financial delays in the construction of the novitiate building at Silverside, Delaware. The author expresses deep concern over ‘delayed payments’ to subcontractors and material suppliers. The building would eventually become St. Patrick’s Friary, the first Irish Capuchin novitiate in the United States.
