Letter from Fr. Leo Sheehan OFM Cap. to Fr. Peter Bowe OFM Cap., Provincial Minister, referring to a financial misunderstanding regarding a $200.00 total contribution, noting that a previous acknowledgment for an $80.00 installment sent from Abbottstown must have gone astray in the mail six weeks prior. He also refers to the growth of the newly established ‘College project’ in Mendocino County reporting optimistic updates that several pupils are currently enrolled and six additional applications have already been received for the upcoming term in the New Year.
