As agent of the Irish bishops he has tried to fulfil his duty as best as he could, but owing to ill-bealth, he has not been able to attend to all their reguests; the financial situation in the Irish College is precarious and is a constant worry to him; Dr. kelly is in Rome and has been well received by all the cardinals.
