The information is given under the headings of place, diocese, name of conducting priest and remarks. From 1927-48, a single entry referring to missions and retreats conducted by Fr. Joseph Fenlon OFM Cap. (1875-1963) and other friars in the United States and in Canada is made. Periodic reference is made to the success of a mission such as the enrollment of 1,710 individuals into the Father Mathew Temperance Association attached to the Church Street Friary, Dublin, in April 1909.

Blake, solicitors, 27 Marlboro Street, enclosing a bill of costs for completing and registering a deed of conveyance of all the property at Father Mathew Quay and at Rochestown to Fathers Fiacre Brophy OSFC, Jarlath Hynes OSFC and Augustine Hayden OSFC as trustees. The minutes mainly refer to routine administration and membership matters pertaining to the sodality and Father Mathew Hall. The minutes are signed by the Presidents of the Hall including Fr. Matthew O’Connor OSFC and Fr. Joseph Fenlon OSFC. The location of the original minute book is unknown.

The clippings also give lists of subscribers to the relief fund established after the disaster. The volume also contains a manuscript list of twenty-seven Capuchin friars at St. Marys of the Angels, Church Street, at Rochestown College, and at Father Mathew’s (Holy Trinity) Church in Cork. The list is headed by Fr. Paul Neary OSFC, ‘the Lord Mayor’s Chaplain’. The list also includes Fr. Joseph Fenlon OSFC, ‘superior of Fr. Mathew’s Church, Cork’, and Fr. Edwin Fitzgibbon OSFC, President, Rochestown College, Cork. The volume also contains a manuscript list of people with private addresses in the environs of Church Street and North King Street. The list also notes ‘Father Mathew Hall’ for all the signatories. This may be a list of members of a religious sodality or, alternatively, a list of subscribers to the Tenement Disaster fund.
