If the Mt is interested in the purchase, there is a chance of arranging a sale.

Some years previous it had been agreed with Mr. Lett that the grazing was required each year unless the contrary was expressed. Re sale: could more particulars be given on the 4 points Sebastian raises. 1) No of houses, 2) amount of Rates, 3) minimum price that'd be asked; 4) would Quarry Field be sold separately. from the houses.

This item has also been entered in photographic archive under serial number 1933, location 5/2/3/2, though necesseralily without above details,

St. Gabriel's Retreat, The Graan, Eniskillen: Glossy print: PHOTO of Graan Church and Novitiate House as one saw it from main road. It was still the same in 1921; tho' the old house had given way to the L-shaped building now housing the Religious. 1974: Now it is 3-storey; and a church makes it 3 sides of a quad. (See item under serial number 1934 for photograph of building in 1908).
