Sebastian Slean, C.P., and Lett & Fetherstonehaugh, Solicitors, 23 Ely Place, Dublin and Mullingar, concerning the field (and buildings) known as Quarry Field. Typewritten: Lett & Fetherstonhaugh, Solrs. to Fr Sebastian, CP, Mt Argus, Dublin. Inquires on behalf of Whelan Estate, if the Mt require the grazing of Quarry field. If the Mt is interested in the purchase, there is a chance of arranging a sale.

Some years previous it had been agreed with Mr. Lett that the grazing was required each year unless the contrary was expressed. Re sale: could more particulars be given on the 4 points Sebastian raises. 1) No of houses, 2) amount of Rates, 3) minimum price that'd be asked; 4) would Quarry Field be sold separately. from the houses.
