Entries are listed under the headings of number, name of member, residence and attendance at monthly meetings. The remarks column includes entries indicating that the member had died, ‘left the country’, ‘entered a convent’, and ‘was professed’. The register appears to be arranged into different geographical sections including ‘Novices Centre No. 1’ and ‘East No. 1’.

Bill of costs of J.C. & A. Blake, solicitors, to the Capuchins, Holy Trinity Friary, Cork. The costs mainly relate to legal services rendered in respect of the conveyancing and transfer of property title. With a manuscript annotation for the receipt of payment of £49 6s 3d.
Bill of costs of George Coppinger Ashlin (1837-1921), architect, for the inspection of ‘existing buildings and foundations of [the] intended tower’ of Holy Trinity Church. The bill also refers to costs incurred in preparing plans, sections and elevations for the intended construction.
Bill of costs of John Delaney, building yards and joinery works, Great Georges’ Street, to the Capuchin friars, Cork, for construction work on Holy Trinity Friary. With a cover note from Fr. Nicholas Murphy OSFC stating that the bill was presented when Delany ‘had finished the entire convent. On entering into details and then striking a balance [and] alterations being noted Mr. Delany’s bill came down to £1,662’.
Bill and certificate of costs to James Finbarre McMullen (c.1909-1957), 30 South Mall, Cork, and Fr. Martin Hyland OFM Cap., guardian, for contract work by J.A. O’Connell & Sons, sculptors, and Bartholomew Barry, builder, in ‘erecting an Altar, marble rails and floor at the shrine of St. Anne in Father Mathew Church, Cork’, and for work on the new addition to the side of the Church leading to the vestry room.
