Entries are listed under the headings of number, name of member, residence and attendance at monthly meetings. The remarks column includes entries indicating that the member had died, ‘left the country’, ‘entered a convent’, and ‘was professed’. The register appears to be arranged into different geographical sections including ‘Novices Centre No. 1’ and ‘East No. 1’.
