With searches, bills, instructions for counsel, letters from William Guest Lane, solicitor, and an assignment of said leases from Adams to the Capuchin friars dated 29 Mar. 1900.

The file includes a reconveyance (6 May 1912) by Mary Fitzgerald to Rev. Thomas Matthew O’Connor OSFC of the aforementioned mortgage on the dwelling house at no. 6 Queen Street (now known as no. 8 Queen Street).
