(the Lessees). The document details the lease of a plot of land in Rochestown, Parish of Carrigaline, Barony and County of Cork, containing approximately 8 acres, including a plantation of grown timber. Consideration fine of £100 and a yearly rent of £28 sterling, payable half-yearly on the first day of May and the first day of November. The term is for 850 years.
