              Handwritten letter to +McQuaid from Fr. John Hughes, Gonzaga College. He went to the Department this morning to personally deliver their message to the Minister, who was absent. Dr. Raifortaigh phoned him to say – coldly – that the Minister had received the letter; that he understood it to mean that Managers were not providing supervisors or correctors. This was less than the Minister expected, and had been led to expect.
