Income and expenditure ledger for the Capuchin community, Rochestown Friary, County Cork. The monthly accounts contain entries relating to income derived from masses, funerals, collections, questing, alms, the sale of livestock, Third Order of St. Francis subscriptions, donations from other Capuchin houses, and retreats given by the friars. The expenditure accounts relate to routine expenses such as the wages of lay employees, transport, utilities, general maintenance, insurance, postage and minor repairs. Bank reconciliations are included in the monthly totals. The entries are routinely signed by the Provincial Minister during visitations.
