Holy Cross Retreat, Ardoyne, Belfast; Dispute with Bishop McAllister: Letter from the bishop to the Provincial in reply to his of 5 January (which is not to hand at time of computerisation). He will grant faculties to Fr. Stephen when he furnishes testimonial letters required by diocesan regulations. Does not consider services of 5th priest necessary.
