Holy Cross Retreat, Ardoyne: Belfast: Fr Sebastian's draft of his reply to Fr General's letter date 1929.10.17

He will inform Fr Raphael & his Rector re the decision on having a wireless in R's room.
He explains at length about the dance complained of, organised by lay Catholics. No interference with CP Regular Observance; better on Catholic premises that elsewhere; especially true in case of our Catholic young people.

He outlines the position re the foundation in Scotland, especially the attitudes of the Canons in the diocese
