Letter from Mgr. R.J. Glennon, Chancellor to Mgr. Benelli regarding Canon 269 and its application. He points out that +McQuaid is always careful to show every respect and deference to the Nuncio in Dublin and has been perturbed by comments to the contrary. His Grace takes grave exception to her writing from a private house, not a convent, and for writing in such inconsiderate haste when the matter of the passport and visa arose.
