He points out that +McQuaid is always careful to show every respect and deference to the Nuncio in Dublin and has been perturbed by comments to the contrary. It has now been learned that the Secretariat of State has issued precise instruction on this Canon and it would have been better if His Grace had been informed of this prior to now. 2 copies
