              Typed letter to Fr. Michael P. O’Connell from L. O Muirthe regarding Firhouse National School. The Department want to replace it with a new school. The Manager, Canon Mc Guirk, P.P., stated that he had carried out repairs at considerable expense, and that the school was good for many years to come. He would be prepared to consider providing another classroom. List of defects enclosed.
